Rebuild is looking for experienced and interested nonprofits to serve as Project Users. Project Users are pre-qualified nonprofits that will manage most Rebuild projects from community engagement through design and construction. Project Users will assemble teams to assist in completing projects.
To be eligible to serve as a Project User, interested local nonprofits must become pre-qualified through a Request for Qualifications process.

Qualification statements must be submitted in paper and electronic file format (via a jump drive) and delivered to the Municipal Services Building (1401 JFK BLVD., Room 1430, Philadelphia, PA 19102).

Over the next nine weeks, the Rebuild team will host four information sessions to ensure that interested nonprofits are prepared to apply to be a Project User. All sessions will be held at the Municipal Services Building (1401 JFK Blvd. 14th floor, Room 1450). The dates are as follows; please click on a date to view the attendee list:

Questions can be submitted in person during the RFQ info sessions or via email to Rebuild@phila.gov. Email questions are due September 19. The Rebuild team will post relevant questions and answers on a rolling basis. All relevant questions will be answered and posted on the Rebuild website by September 22.
